GForce Software Activation Instructions
In this guide, we will show you how to register, download, and activate your GForce software. Follow the instructions below to get started.
Register the software
The first step in getting your virtual instrument is registering it with GForce. You’ll need to create an account, but there’s no need to create another if you already have one. Follow these steps to register the software.
- Log in to your GForce account at the top right corner of the web page. If you haven’t created an account yet, you can do so here.
- If you just created an account, check your e-mail to activate it and change the password.
- On your account page, locate the Product Registration area, then copy and paste the activation code you received from your Sweetwater Sales Engineer.

Download the instrument
Once registered, the next step is to download the software and instrument libraries (if applicable). Follow these steps to complete the activation process.
- Go to the My Instruments section of your account page.
- Select the correct instrument installer for your OS. If your instrument also has a Sound Library installer, be sure to download that as well!
- PC users: You will need to download and install both the 32-bit and 64-bit installer files.
Install and activate the instrument
The final step in getting your GForce virtual instrument up and running is installing and activating the instrument. The activation process will occur while installing the software so follow these steps to finish the activation process.
- Go to your Downloads folder and open the installer file.
- PC: Right-click the installer .zip file, select Extract all…, and click Extract. Double-click the new installer .exe file.
- Mac: Double-click the installer .zip file to decompress it and double-click the new installer .pkg file.
- Go to the My Account page, click the Product Keys tab, and copy your instrument’s serial number. Paste it into the Serial Number field of the installer window and complete the installation.

The estimated required monthly payment shown which excludes taxes and delivery equals the amount financed divided by the number of months in the promo period, rounded up to the next cent. During the last month(s) of the promo period the required monthly payment may be reduced due to this rounding. These payments apply only with the financing offer shown. If you make these payments by the due date each month, you should pay off this amount financed within the promo period, if it is the only balance you are paying off. If you have other balances on your account, this payment will be added to any other minimum monthly payments.
