How would I set up Notation Software (Finale or Sibelius) with Unity Session 3.0?

1. Double click on the Unity Session Mixer to open.
2. Double click Finale or Sibelius. When software opens make sure (“Send Patch Before Play”) is not checked.
3. Now, arrange the Staves in Finale or Sibelius and name them.
4. Next, go to the Unity Folder > Mixer application and open and choose Instruments. (For example: using (Notated Score), notice stave 1 in Finale/ Sibelius is top instrument on the score).
5. Then go to Unity Mixer Channel 1 (which is stave 1, channel in Finale/Sibelius), and under Library, choose Library Name (this chooses theUnity Bank); under Bank; choose top instrument; and then under Program, choose same instrument.)
6. Next, repeat Step #4, but for the second stave in Finale/Sibelius is the second instrument.
7. Go to the Unity Mixer: under Library, choose Library Name; under Bank, choose the second instrument; under program, choose that same instrument.
8. Repeat this same process for all instruments.
9. Note that you can naturally select different samples. (These directions are based upon using Unity Banks.)
10. Please note: (Finale and Sibeilius are different and you will naturally have to make some adjustments.)
Note: We suggest that you run this setup under OMS.
