Sampletank OSX upgrade procedures
Sampletank OSX is a free upgrade for anyone who bought it after April 18 – present. You need to register your current version (OS9) serial # then you will be sent an email with a username, password and link to the personal user area (Unless you already have registered IK Products before) then you will have the OSX version in your User Area under option 3: Download Software updates. Download, install and launch Sampletank in Pro Tools/Cubase, then you will need to go to option 1 after you install to get an Auth code for your new version. There will be a new serial # listed in Option 1: Request new auth code.

If you didn’t qualify for the Free upgrade you need to go to www.sampletank.com then click on the Buy It button. Here you can purchase it for 79.00 (you will not be charged shipping). Once we verify your original registration(this may take up to 24 hours,excluding weekends, please be patient) you will be given a new OSX serial #, then you can follow the instructions below.
1. Click on this link to register your ST OSX serial # http://www.sampletank.com/STReg.html
2. Fill out the registration information.
3. Now your registration information has been emailed to you. Now you can log into the Personal User Area to download the ST OSX version you need.
(If you already know your Login Name & Password you can skip step 4.
4. If you did not get a Login Name & Password please click here https://www.ikstore.com/Login/IKLogin.cgi
Now you can enter your valid email address at the bottom to receive this information.
5. Now log into the user area and choose option 3. Download software updates and free content.
Download the OSX version you need, then install.
6. Once you launch ST you will be asked for a Serial # and Auth code. At the top is a Digital ID, you need to copy or write down this # and go back into the personal user area to authorize this version. Choose option 1. Request New Authorization Code. Enter you will find your OSX serial # listen and just enter the Digital ID here and it will automatically create a new Authorization code for you.
