Roland VS-2000CD Syncing with a Keyboard

When syncing with a keyboard, you should use MIDI Clock syncronization and set up the VS-2000CD as the Sync Master.

1. Hold down SHIFT, and press F4[UTILITY].
2. Cursor down to 6[SYNC Prm] and press ENTER[YES].
3. Turn the MIDI OUT SYNC Gen. to “MIDIclk”.
4. Connect the MIDI cable from the MIDI OUT port on the VS-2000CD to the MIDI IN on the keyboard.
5. Set up the keyboard to receive MIDI as the sync slave per the instructions for that particular keyboard.
