How do I perform a manual punch in / punch out in Cakewalk Sonar?
1. Go to the Transport – Record Options, and select overwrite or blend, press OK.
2. Record-enable the desired track.
3. Press play. To punch in, just click Record in the transport or hit R on the keyboard to toggle record mode.
