I’m not sure my computer has a compatible USB chip on it. How do I find out which chip it has, and which are compatible with the UA-1D, UA-1A, UA-20, etc?
The built-in USB ports on any Apple G3 or G4 (300 mHz or faster) are compatible; provided the Mac running OS9.0.4 or higher.

To check the PCI to USB controller in your PC:
1. Select Control Panel in the Settings group from the Start menu of Windows.
2. Double-Click the System icon in the control Panel, and click the Device Manager tab in the System Properties dialog box.
3. Double-Click the Universal Serial Bus Controller icon in the Device Manager list.
