In Logic/OS9, starting the ESB causes error messages like “-2810” appear.
Those errors appear in most cases if a required System Extension for Direct Connect is missing.
The following components are necessary to run the ESB:
1) System Extensions:
-Digidesign Direct I/O
-Digidesign DSP Manager
-Digidesign StreamManager
-DigiSystem INIT
2) DAE Folder:
– DAE
– Plug-Ins:
24-bit Optimized Mixer
DirectConnect
Please use DAE version 5.1 if possible.
