How do I load my AKAI samples into my EXS24 if the MAC won’t recognize the CD and it keeps popping it out?

1) Launch Logic
2) highlight one of the Audio Instruments
3) Go to your Mixer Page
4) bring up the EXS24 on the highlighted AudioInstrument
5) hit the EDIT button – which brings up the SAMPLE EDIT page
6) hit the MINImenu file button and the last option in the dropbox is AKAIconvert
7) once you hit this- the sample page will bring you a blue BOX that has 4 columns –
in those boxes you will see the words WAITING FOR AKAI DISK
once you see this, then insert your AKAI sample disk and the Logic wil bring up the data
