Lewitt Software Activation Instructions

Getting Started

This guide will show you how to activate and access your Lewitt software. To continue, follow each of the sections below.  

1. Lewitt Account
   • Sign in with an existing myLEWITT account
   • Create a new myLEWITT account

   • Enter Voucher Code
3. Download and Install 
   • Download and install software

Lewitt Account

Lewitt software requires a myLEWITT account. If you already have an account and want to register your new software to that account, please verify the username and login before proceeding. Most users will only have one account, but in some cases, you may create another account to distinguish different locations, users, etc…    

IMPORTANT! Do not create multiple accounts if you only need one. Instead, try accessing the account using your current login. If necessary, try resetting your password or recovering your account.    

Sign in with an existing myLewitt account

1. Go to the myLEWITT Login page.  
2. Enter your current login and click Log in.  
3. Verify your current products are registered to the current account. 

Create a new myLewitt account

1. Go to the myLEWITT Sign Up page. 
2. Complete the form and click Create New account. 
3. Open your email and complete the email verification prompt.  
4. Sign in using your new login to verify your account.

Voucher Code

Sweetwater has emailed you the Voucher Code to activate your software. Open the email, find the Voucher Code, and follow the steps below to enter the Voucher Code and receive your software’s License Key.  

Enter Voucher Code

1. Go to the My Products page and click Add Software.  
2. Enter your Voucher Code and click Submit.  
3. Your Voucher Code has been redeemed, and the software’s License Key is now registered to your account. Continue below to download your software and activate the License Key.

Download and Install

Lewitt software is downloaded from your myLEWITT account.  

Download and install software  

1. Go to the My Products page.
2. Click your product’s download button compatible with your computer.  
3. Open your Downloads folder and run the installer: 
   • PC: Right-click the .zip file, select Extract all…, then click Extract. In the new folder,double-click the .exe file and follow the on-screen instructions. 
   • Mac: Double-click the .zip file to unpack it. Double-click the .pkg file and follow the on-screen instructions.

License Key

The final step for activating Lewit software is to activate the License Key.  

Activate License Key 

1. Open your software and apply the new plug-in to a track.  
2. Go to your myLEWITT account and copy the product’s License Key.  
3. Paste the License Key into the plug-in’s activation window. 
4. Sign in with your myLEWITT login.
