Kuassa Software Activation Instructions

Getting Started 

In this guide, we will show you how to activate and access your Kuassa software. To continue, follow each of the sections below.

1. Kuassa Account 
   • Log in to current Kuassa account 
   • Create new Kuassa account 
2. Order ID & License File 
   • Register Order ID 
   • Download License File 
3. Download and Install 
   • Download and install software 
   • Activate License File

Kuassa Account 

Kuassa software requires a Kuassa account. If you already have a Kuassa account and wish to register your new software to that account, please verify the username and login before proceeding. Most users will only have one account, but in some cases, you may wish to create another account to distinguish different locations, users, etc…

IMPORTANT!
Do not create multiple Kuassa accounts if you only need one. Instead, try accessing the account using your current login. If necessary, try resetting your password or recovering your account login.    

Either log in to your current Kuassa account or create a new one, then proceed to Order ID & License File.  

Log in to current Kuassa account 

1. Go to the Member Area page.  
2. Enter your current login and click Sign In.  
3. Verify your current products are registered to the current account. 

Create new Kuassa account 

1. Go to the Member Area page and click Register.  
2. Complete the form and click Create account. 
3. Sign in using your new login to verify your account.

Order ID & License File 

Sweetwater has emailed you the Order ID to activate your software. Open the email, find the Order ID, and follow the steps below to register.  

Register Order ID 

1. Go to the Member Area page. 
2. Click Register New Product.  
3. Enter your Order ID and click Register. 

Download License File 

1. Go to the Member Area page.  
2. Download the License File for your product.  
3. Create a folder to store your License File in either your Documents or app preferences folder. Your software will link to this file to work.

Download and Install 

Kuassa software is downloaded from the Downloads page. 

Download and install software 

1. Go to the Downloads page.  
2. Click your product’s download button compatible with your computer.  
3. Open your Downloads folder and run the installer: 
   • PC: Double-click the .exe file and follow the on-screen instructions. 
   • Mac: Double-click the .pkg file and follow the on-screen instructions. 

Activate License File 

1. Open your software.  
2. Click settings and select the License File to complete activation.
