I just purchased GIGAtranslator and it doesn’t work?
Due to the popularity of this new technology, the release that we currently carry in stock must be updated in order to function properly.
The build that we currently have in stock is V1.0 build 22
but the current version is 2.5 build 32
After the program is loaded, you will be prompted to go directly to the website to get the update so you must be on an internet ready machine when you install. This will take you on the web to a special place to retrieve your update…
once this is done.. your program will be fully functional…
also This program is not yet compatible with the MAC but you can use it in a virtual mode via Virtual PC….
