Can I lower my Nemesys Gigastudio latency on my MOTU PCI audio card in Windows XP?

Yes, the PCI324 or PCI424 audio console buffer size does seem to affect GSIF (Gigastudio) latency. And Windows 2000 and XP prefer lower buffer sizes which also means lower latency. You should be able to work with buffer sizes as low as 64 or 128. You can even try 32, this should give extremely low latency.
