I’ve tried installing the Ozone driver for my M-Audio Ozone keyboard and it never seems to install, why?
Check to make sure if you have the educational version of the Ozone. We have found that M-audio “educational” products need to use the educational driver in order to install and operate correctly. Attempting to install drivers that were downloaded from M-Audio.com does not seem to work as educational drivers are not available here. Try using the educational installer that is included on the disk that came with the ozone. If you are still having problems, call M-Audio technical support or Sweetwater customers can call Sweetwater tech support for assistance.
