I’m having problems with Avid’s Java-based download manager.
If you find that nothing is happening when the Avid Download Manager opens up when you try to download your Avid software, try using the “click here” link (see picture below) to download the file without the use of the Download Manager. You can monitor the progress of your download using the download window in your web browser.
