ikan Software Activation Instructions
In this guide, we will show you how to download and activate your new Ikan software. Follow the instructions below to get started.
Create an Account and Register Software
The first step in the process is to create an Ikan account and register the software.
- Sign in to your Ikan account. If you don’t have one yet, you can create one on the same page.
- Go to the software activation page, enter the activation code you received from your Sweetwater Sales Engineer, and click Apply.
- Enter your account information to complete the registration process.

Download and Install Software
Now that you’ve registered the Ikan software, you can download and install it.
- Go to the Ikan software page, click on the product you purchased, and select the downloader for your OS.
- Go to your Downloads folder. Locate and launch the installer.
- Windows PC users: If you receive a “Windows protected your PC” prompt, click More info, then click Run anyway.
- Once the download is complete, launch the software. Enter your Ikan account credentials.
- You’re all set!

The estimated required monthly payment shown which excludes taxes and delivery equals the amount financed divided by the number of months in the promo period, rounded up to the next cent. During the last month(s) of the promo period the required monthly payment may be reduced due to this rounding. These payments apply only with the financing offer shown. If you make these payments by the due date each month, you should pay off this amount financed within the promo period, if it is the only balance you are paying off. If you have other balances on your account, this payment will be added to any other minimum monthly payments.
