Now you are ready to record something.
1. Click in the middle of measure 1.
2. The Hyperscribe frame should appear around the measure, and you should hear clicks through your computer speakers or your MIDI output device.
3. After 8 clicks (2 measures of 4/4), began playing a simple 8th note melody.
4. After a few measures, click outside of the Hyperscribe frame to stop the recording. The music should now be transcribed in the first few measures.
