When I enter the serial number from my Pro-52, I get a message that the serial number is incorrect. The serial number matches that registration card. Can you help me with this?
Your Pro-52 serial number will not work for the Pro-53, however, you can request a Pro-53 serial number here: http://www.nativeinstruments.de/index.php?id=pro52updates_us Simply click on the “Request a PRO-53 serial number” link, and the serial number will be sent to the email address that you registered with.
