I recently installed MAC OS X.2 and Pro Tools 6.0 on my G4. I just purchased and downloaded the pro-53 upgrade from Pro 52 and think I managed to install it correctly. However I now realise that Pro 53 is not compatible with OS X.2 as everytime I click on the Pro53 icon the classic OS9.2 tries to load, and then crashes the computer. Is there any way around this, i.e. can I use Pro 53 on Pro Tools 6.0/OSX.2?
Pro-53 is currently only an OS 9 application and cannot be used therefore under MacOS X. We plan to release an RTAS version of Pro-53 later this year. For more information please refer to http://www.native-instruments.net/index.php?id=digidesign_us
