The presets in the Pro-53 are different from those mentioned in the tutorial section of the printed manual. Why?

Please open the preset file “Pro-52(512).p5a” from the Presets folder of your Pro-53 installation. This will give you the correct presets for the tutorial in the manual.

  1. I’m having difficulty getting my Native Instruments product to authorize using the “NI Registration Tool. “
  2. I uninstalled Pro-52 and did the Pro-53 update. Now the standalone Pro-53 works fine, but my VST host app only recognizes Pro-52.

  5. When I enter the serial number from my Pro-52, I get a message that the serial number is incorrect. The serial number matches that registration card. Can you help me with this?
  6. I registered on this site and downloaded the upgrade from Pro-52 to Pro-53. When I run the upgrade, it asks for my serial number in 3 parts. 3 numbers, then 5 numbers, then 5 numbers again. The only serial number I can find for my pro-52 is on the mail-in registration form, and it comes in a single 9 digit number. I cannot enter my serial number into the 13 alloted spaces, it tells me that my serial number is incorrect.
  7. Do Native Instruments work with Pro Tools on PC Windows platform? If not, is support planned? When?
