DAE error -9005 when attempting to “Bounce To Disk” in Pro Tools.
TransferTimeOutErr. This error means that a DSP chip did not respond to a data transfer command issued by DAE.- DAE Playback Buffer set incorrectly. In Disk I/O or SysAxe systems, the DAE Buffer should always be set to the minimum, since all buffering is handled by the Disk I/O or SysAxe card.- Conflict with SCSI Manager 4.3. Remove it and restart the computer. Note: SCSI Manager 4.3 is an extension that comes with System 7.5. It is also in ROM on the PPC and 840AV, so you would need to use a non-SCSI Manager formatter, or format the drive on a non-SCSI Manager Mac.
