I am creating Finale Files for my website. When I try to view them with the Finale Viewer, they do not display or crash my browser. How can I fix this?
First, check to see that the Finale Viewer has been installed properly. Go to www.finaleshowcase.com and try to view a file. If this works, chances are the viewer is installed correctly on your machine. Second, make sure that you have created your website files using the latest default.HTM for Finale.
