Can I change the velocity of a given program or patch on the K2500/K2600?
Yes. Go to the F4 AMP page, and set the VelTrack parameter to 0dB. That will remove the velocity sensitivity, at least as far as amplitude changes go. If velocity is also being used to change the timbre, you would need to go to the VelTrack parameter on the other DSP pages and set it to 0dB as well.
