I can’t authenticate my PowerCore plugins. Do I need to authenticate my PowerCore first?
Yes. All non-included PowerCore plugins must be authenticated to run. In order to authenticate these, the PowerCore itself must be authenticated first. You can do this at www.tcelectronic.com. You will need your serial number, activation code, and authentication ID in order to authenticate your PowerCore.
The authentication ID can be found in the PowerCore control panel (Mac: in the Applications folder; PC: in the main Control Panel window). The first seven digits are the serial number, and the remaining digits are the authentication ID.
After authenticating the PowerCore, the plugins can be authenticated at: www.tcelectronic.com/requestplugin
