Does Cakewalk Sonar 3 open older Cakewalk project files (.wrk, .cwp, .bun, and .cwb)?
Yes, Sweetwater testing has shown it goes back at least as far as Cakewalk Pro Audio 7.0, possibly further (although we didn’t have a system older than that to test it with). You can open these projects, but when you save them they will be in Sonar 3 format and cannot be opened in previous versions of Cakewalk.
