How can I assign parameters of Kontakt (e.g. tune or pan) to the knobs of the Kore controller?

In order to be able to control a plugin with the Kore controller, the plugin must be supporting automation.

If you load Kontakt 2 into Kore, there is no Automation assigned initially.
Please do the following steps:

1. Start Kore and load an instance of Kontakt 2.

2. Load an instrument into Kontakt 2.

3. Now you need to go into Kontakts browser and select the “Auto” tab. There you will find the tab “Host Automation”.

4. Via drag and drop you can assign any of these automation IDs(e.g. “#001”) to nearly any parameter within Kontakt 2 (e.g. tune).

5. Please create a new user (controller) page within Kore.

6. Now right click (ctrl+click) on one of the knobs on the Kore hardware
and select “Assign”. The knob led blinks. Open Kontakt and click on the
parameter you want to control (e.g. tune).

7. Close the Assignment.

Now you are able to control e.g. the tune parameter with the Kore hardware.
Do so for any parameter you want to control.
