AEJuice Software Activation Instructions

Getting Started 

In this guide, we will show you how to activate and access your AEJuice software. To continue, follow each of the sections below.  

1. AEJuice Account 
   • Log in to current AEJuice account 
   • Create new AEJuice account 
2. Activation Code 
   • Register Activation Code 
3. Download and Install 
   • Download and install Pack Manager 
   • Download and install software

AEJuice Account 

AEJuice software requires an AEJuice account. If you already have an AEJuice account and wish to register your new software to that account, please verify the username and login before proceeding. Most users will only have one account, but in some cases, you may wish to create another account to distinguish different locations, users, etc…    

IMPORTANT!
Do not create multiple AEJuice accounts if you only need one. Instead, try accessing the account using your current login. If necessary, try resetting your password or recovering your account login.    

Either log in to your current AEJuice account or create a new one, then proceed to Activation Code.  

Log in to current AEJuice account 

1. Go to the AEJuice website and click Log in. 
2. Enter your current login and sign in. 
3. Click Account and select Orders.  
4. Verify your current products are registered to the current account. 

Create new AEJuice account 

1. Go to the AEJuice website and click Log in. 
2. Complete the form to create your account. 
3. Sign in using your new login to verify your account.

Activation Code 

Sweetwater has emailed you the Activation Code to activate your software. Open the email, find the Activation Code, and follow the steps below to register.  

Register Activation Code 

1. Go to the Activate page.  
2. Enter your Activation Code and click Activate.

Download and Install  

AEJuice software is downloaded from the Pack Manager page.  

Download and install Pack Manager 

1. Go to the AEJuice website. 
2. Click Download and select your product’s download button compatible with your computer.  
3. Open your Downloads folder and run the installer: 
   • PC: Right-click the .zip file, select Extract all…, then click Extract. In the new folder, double-click the .exe file and follow the on-screen instructions. 
   • Mac: Double-click the .zip file to unpack it. Double-click the .pkg file and follow the on-screen instructions. 

Download and install software 

1. Open AEJuice Pack Manager 3 Standalone.  
2. Click the user icon, select Log in, and sign in using your current login.  
3. Click the download button for your purchased product(s).
