ADAT Sync Cables
ADAT sync cables; make sure yours are shielded. Because the ADAT uses a common 9-pin sync connector there are a variety of cables that can (and often are) plugged into ADAT machines. Be advised that, while you don’t have to have Alesis brand cables, you do need to make sure your sync cables are shielded. If they are not you will likely experience erratic behavior from your ADAT system. Sweetwater sells only shielded cables for ADAT synchronization.
