How do I connect my Behringer X Air mixer to a secure network?

Follow these instructions to set up your Behringer X Air series mixer with a secure network without connecting the unit to your computer.

A. Connecting to the X Air Mixer:

1. Write down the network name, password, and security protocol (WEP, WPA, or WPA2) of your existing secure network.
2. Set the switch on the X Air Mixer to Access Point and power it on.
3. Select the X Air Mixer as your network in WiFi Settings of your mobile device.
4. On your iPad or Android tablet, launch the MX-Mix app and select the X Air Mixer when it appears next to the IP address box. On your Mac or Windows PC, launch the X Air Edit app and do the same.

B. Sending new network info to the X Air Mixer:

1.  On your iPad or Android tablet, launch the MX-Mix app. Press Setup at the top of the screen and then press Network. On your Mac or Windows PC, launch the X Air Edit app and do the same.
2.  Enter the name and password for your new network in the designated sections.
3.  Select WEP, WPA, or WPA2, press Apply on the left of the Network window, and quit the app.

C. Switching to the new Network:

1.  Select your secure network in the Wifi settings of your mobile device. and then turn off the X Air mixer.
2. Set the switch on the X Air Mixer to WiFi Client, then power on. On your iPad or Android tablet, launch the MX-Mix app. On your Mac or Windows PC, launch the X Air Edit app.
3. Select the X Air Mixer when it appears next to the IP Address box.
