An Irresistible Digital Piano

Sporting a tri-sensor 88-note scaled hammer action with ebony- and ivory-textured keys, the Casio PX-560 is the newest addition to Casio's Privia Pro line. The PX-560 gives you many of the sound design advantages of its award-winning PX-5S predecessor (a big hit at Sweetwater), and adds new sounds, user-programmable rhythms, built-in speakers, and more. You call the shots from an easy-to-use 5.3" color touchscreen interface. The onboard A.i.R. Powered Concert Grand Piano sounds are stunning - and you have complete control over damper resonance, string resonance, hammer response and key-off simulation, courtesy of Casio's Hex Layer Synthesis. Splits and layers are easy, and 256-note polyphony lets you build up thick tracks without dreaded voice stealing. If you're in the market for a stage piano with the soul of a synth workstation, check out the Casio PX-560.

Love this Keyboard

I am not a professional musician by any means, but this keyboard blown me away! It has a great piano-like feel and great sounds , especially the eclectic pianos and piano sounds. It also have some nice programming abilities which I am still exploring. I was trying compatible products in different music stors but nothing came close to it in this price range .

Awesome Keyboard!!!

Awesome Keyboard!!! I cannot say enough about how wonderful this keyboard is and how happy I am that Yuval Fuchs 1367 recommended this keyboard to replace my Yamaha P1 20 keyboard that I've had for over 10 years now. This is such a step up in the sound and the feel. Thanks so much, Yuval, and many thanks to Chuck Surrack of Sweetwater for over 30 years of superior sales and support. God bless!

great Digital piano

I'm a disabled musician tried guitar or 12 years but had hips replaced and can't play without pain now. Grew up on Stevie Wonder and Ray Charles. so this is my 1st piano and I am blown away not just by the almost endless number of sounds from different types of piano electric pianos, organ and synth just to give a few examples but the best part is the quality of the keys I have played other brands of Dig. pianos and grew up playing my family's real pianos and the Privia feel just like playing an old real full-size piano from the ebony on the black keys and ivory on white to the way the keys feel when you push them the Bass keys are harder to push while the lighter keys are easier to push. The sensors on the key are great for a disabled guy like me not only do they respond to how hard you hit the key like a true piano you can go into the settings on the awesome touch screen and change it where if like me you have small fingers a light touch you can make the sensor lighter or heavy if you have big hands. Also, the built in speakers are great plus u can hook it up to an amp or pedals like an expression pedal for wah and other tones or a rotary pedal has these and other effects programmed in but a pedal sounds better if you have one. If you're looking at digital pianos or a real piano. This Privia is the one to get. This one does have a little brother in the Privia series if this one is out of you price range. finally thank you Allan Sinkbiner (spelling) for helping me find this digital piano since I started as a guitar player I needed the help cause i have to have great tone and feel this is the one if you are a serious musician
Music background: played guitar 12 years pretty new to Digital pianos grew up playing on real pianos

Casio Privia Pro PX-560

We have an older Casio Privia. I'm a casual user. Wanted to upgrade and purchased this after reading glowing professional reviews and seeing demos on youtube. I'm learning how to use the features. They are more than I need now, but it's everything I could need in the future. The item arrived a day earlier than I expected and was packaged beautifully. I had follow up calls from Justin at Sweetwater. We had purchased from them in the past and had a great experience, which is why we chose them this time.
