Natural Grand Hammer Action keyboard and Grand Pedal system provide authentic piano feel
The Casio GP-510 Celviano Grand Hybrid’s ultra-realistic Natural Grand Hammer Action keyboard is spot-on. The vertical path, weighting, and pivot points of its full-length wooden concert grand piano keys are virtually identical to that of a real concert grand, and the keys use the same materials and processes as a C. Bechstein concert grand piano. Casio’s Grand Pedal system continuously senses and detects the position of the damper pedal, fine-tuning the volume and note length depending on how much you depress the pedal. For performances that use the soft pedal, changes in volume and sound characteristics are extremely natural, enabling you to deploy a wide range of expression when playing softly. Grand Acoustic System creates a stunningly realistic piano presence in your room
The Casio GP-510 Grand Hybrid is equipped with a specially designed 6-speaker amplification system that re-creates the 3-dimensional sound field created by a real acoustic grand piano. The top speakers replicate the sounds you’d normally hear rising upwards, and the downward-facing speakers mimic the sounds you’d normally hear from below the soundboard. Whether you’re performing or listening, the GP-510 sounds full, rich, and natural; while new EQ options give you the flexibility you need for recording and larger-scale performances.
