Bösendorfer Klavierfabrik GmbH is big news in the music world. With this purchase, Yamaha now significantly enhances its share of the high-end piano market and will likely benefit from the German builder’s extensive expertise in crafting fine keyboard instruments. No financial terms were disclosed, but you can bet this was not an impulse purchase on Yamaha’s part!
