The EP 200A electric piano was launched by Wurlitzer in 1972, and remained the flagship instrument of the company for 10 years — this is the one many musicians think of when they think “Wurly”! Now, Arturia has created the Wurlitzer V, a new virtual instrument that brings the mechanical, reed-driven Wurlitzer into the modern age! The Wurlitzer V supports RTAS, VST, and AU, in 32- and 64-bit formats, running under both Mac and Windows. There are three models included: Studio (a “produced” Wurly sound with reverb, Stage (includes amp simulation, spring reverb, and mic and speaker options), and Rotary (with a rotating speaker for movement in the sound. Plus, you’re given plenty of control for creating your own sounds using an extensive palette of control parameters, effects, and broad MIDI control possibilities.
Bring the ’70s into the new millennium with the Arturia Wurlitzer V!
