New to the world of pro-quality conversion, and making its debut at NAMM, the Lynx Lynx LT-USB extends the capabilities of the Aurora 8 and Aurora 16 converters to include USB 2.0 connectivity. The new Lynx LT-USB L-slot interface provides up to 16 channels of 96kHz digital I/O to virtually andy Mac or PC computer, which extends the Aurora line’s usefulness for high-quality laptop-based mobile recording. The LT-USB also includes a secondary USB (type B) port, which allows you to daisy chain units together.
Lynx LT-USB Features:
- Up to 16 channels of analog and digital I/O at 96kHz
- Supports ASIO and WDM for Windows and CoreAudio for Mac OSX
- All relevant settings, such as sample rate selection, sync source selection, channel routing, latency, and buffer size are enabled, controlled and monitored from the host computer
- Full WDM implementation allows multiple channel support of 5.1 and 7.1 surround playback formats
- The 2 USB 2.0 connectors allow daisy chaining of LT-USB equipped Aurora converters
