Universal Audio unveiled a new plug-in collection with emulations of three classic Teletronix hardware units, the Bill Putnam-era LA-2A “Silver” model, the Jim Lawrence-era LA-2A “Gray,” and a rare early Teletronix unit. The levelers are painstakingly modeled – right down to their transformers, amplifiers, and aged luminescent panels – and deliver famously warm and smooth compression.
