It blends a unique body configuration and rare tonewoods for superb playability and sound. The classic dreadnought shape receives a rounded cutaway with the thinner “000” depth – exceptional premium tonewoods include an Adirondack (red) spruce top matched to 5/16″ Adirondack braces – back and sides of rare Madagascar rosewood – special modified low oval neck with diamond volute carved from genuine mahogany. Many of the appointments on the HDC-40 Travis Tritt Limited Edition are drawn directly from Travis’s personal custom D-45.
