Steinberg has announced version 8.5 of Wavelab, a major new version of the popular mastering/audio editing software package for Mac and PC.

Wavelab 8.5 requires Mac OS X 10.8 or later, or Windows 7 or later. VST3, ASIO, and Core Audio are all supported.
