Did you know that the Roland OctaCapture can be used without a computer? You can use the OctaCapture as an 8-channel analog mic preamp/mixer with up to four independent stereo mixes without the aid of a computer. The onboard compression, highpass filter, phase, pan, and reverb level for each channel are all functional and all these settings are remembered when you power down!
