Q: This may seem like a silly question, but I live many, many hours away from the nearest music store (and that one is quite small). I like the idea of having a variety of monitors to choose from at Sweetwater, but I worry that I might not like a particular set once I receive them. What actually happens if I don’t like a particular product?
A: First off, there are no silly questions! Second, this is exactly why we hire only the most qualified sales staff (and call them Sales Engineers). It’s mandatory that all Sales Engineers possess real-world experience and knowledge across the board, so when they recommend a product, it’s because they believe that product will fully meet your needs. Knowing the right questions to ask you is an important first step (e.g., “How large is your room?”). However, if you should happen to be unhappy with a purchase, you can rest easy, because the company was founded on the belief that customers must be totally content with their purchases. Again, that’s where the experience of the sales staff is key. If they are not convinced an item is perfect for your setup, they will say so. Fortunately, our track record speaks for itself, and we are happy to report that only a tiny percentage of customers have ever had to use our “no hype, no hassles” return policy! So, if you need studio monitors, you’ve come to the right place! If you’re not 100% happy, then we’re not happy.
