PreSonus scored a huge home-run hit with the StudioLive RM16AI and StudioLive RM32AI rackmountable digital mixers. Now they’ve expanded their rackmount digital mixer family with the StudioLive RML16AI and StudioLive RML32AI digital mixers, which add line-level inputs to the I/O complement. The new RML-series are otherwise identical to the RM-series mixers, with recallable XMAX preamps, support for up to 96kHz sample rate, Firewire 800 recording capability, AVB Ethernet networking, Fat Channel signal processing on every input channel and all buses. Using AVB networking, two StudioLive RML consoles can be cascaded for additional channels, and UC Surface software, Studio One, and StudioLive CS18AI can be used to control the mixers.
