Novation has released a free firmware update to the UltraNova synthesizer. The updated version includes a new vocoder algorithm with Separation and Spread controls for moving the bands, formant freeze, adjustable band resonance and decay time, full bandwidth vocoder operation, and 17 new vocoder patches.
