New Software and Firmware from Apple

Hot on the heels of OS X 10.4.7 and Quicktime 7.1.2, Apple just announced a new version 6.0.5 for iTunes and several firmware updates for iPods. New features in iTunes 6.0.5 allow you to preview, buy, and download music videos, short films and hit TV programs from the iTunes Music Store. The iPod firmware update 1.1.2 and iPod Nano firmware update 1.2 are basically bug fixes, while the iPod Shuffle firmware update 1.1.4 also adds a volume limit. Note that iTunes 6.0.5 or later is required to set a maximum volume limit for the iPod Shuffle.
