Sweetwater has dramatically dropped the price of the Nomad Jukebox, from Emu Systems. The Nomad is a very cool little MP3 recorder/player that sports several advanced features you won’t typically find on consumer units, which can lead to all kinds of interesting applications. It will hold 1500 songs, and it looks way cool!
Many of you have been frustrated with the recent lack of availability of Bomb Factory products. Don’t worry, they are fine. It was just a brief glitch. The flow is starting again and we expect to have our shelves fully stocked in no time. If you have an order with us we expect to be able to fill it in a few days. Be advised, however, the new version that is coming out makes use of the new iLok key technology. As reported in an earlier inSync, iLok is a USB based generic key that can hold authorizations for many different products. The iLok is sold separately so be sure to pick one up if you’re getting new Bomb Factory plug-ins.
