MOTU has announced the MicroBook 4×2 audio interface. The compact MicroBook connects via USB, and offers a mic input (with Precision Digital Trim, 48v phantom power, and a 20dB pad), a guitar input, and a stereo 1/8″ line-level input. Outputs include dual TRS, stereo 1/8″, and 1/8″ stereo headphones, along with stereo S/PDIF. Industry-standard Mac and Windows drivers (Core Audio, Wave, and ASIO) are included for software compatibility, CueMix FX for no-latency mixing and monitor with EQ and dynamics processing. MicroBook also comes with AudioDesk DAW software for the Mac.
