We recently received an email from the Nashville Musicians Association, and a link to a site where you can make a donation to the Nashville Musicians Flood Relief Fund.
Here’s the email:
On behalf of Nashville and our musicians, we would like to thank you for your kind efforts and generosity. Below is some information about what we are doing here at The Nashville Musicians Association to try and help. Please pass along the info and add our link, if possible.
Thanks again…it is appreciated very much!

We are learning more each day about the devastating effects of the flood. More first-hand reports have been coming in from the musicians who had their gear stored at Soundcheck and at The Grand Old Opry….we are supposed to receive more info on the condition of The Symphony Center soon. These reports are incredibly heartbreaking, to say the least. The Nashville Musicians Association Flood Relief Fund has been set up and donations have been coming in from around the country. We will make sure that this money gets distributed in the best possible way to help our brother and sister musicians try to recover from this
devastating event. Please help us spread the word to as many people as
possible and send this out or post on facebook/twitter/myspace/website. There is a link for donations on the front page. There is also a lot of flood recovery related information and links on the site. We are adding updates daily to the site.
