This system consists of a hex pickup and compact control box that mount quickly to the guitar with no permanent mods to the axe required, and a dongle that plugs into your computer’s USB port. No cables! The Triple Play communicates with the dongle wirelessly, allowing you to play virtual instruments or input MIDI information into a notation program. Best of all, Fishman says the Triple Play will come in at less than $300. A version for acoustic guitars will also be available.
