Waves — who by coincidence is here at Sweetwater right now sponsoring a workshop with legendary engineer/producer Jack Joseph Puig — has announced a new Artist Signature Collection from Grammy-winning mixer Chris Lord-Alge. The new Collection joins previous signature collections from Eddie Kramer, Tony Maserati, and Jack Joseph Puig. Like the previous collection, the CLA Artist Signature Collection contains application-specific plug-ins that each bring together the tools CLA uses for a particular task. Though the user interfaces are aimed at ease of use and fast, musical understanding, behind the scenes, there is a ton of processing going on.
