Taking cues from one the most influential monophonic synths of the 1980s, the PRO-1 boasts a dual-oscillator, analog architecture that’s raring to rip up the airwaves with mammoth basses and scorching leads. But the question remains: does it live up to its legacy inspiration? Sweetwater’s synthesis scholar, Daniel Fisher, puts it through its paces to find out!
