The buzz around the Andromeda A6 analog synthesizer has been virtually non-stop since the early prototypes of this instrument began to surface last year. Think about it: a 16-voice [unheard of in the analog synth world], 16-channel multitimbral analog synth that’s digitally controlled – no more drifting oscillators! Choose from 5 waveforms, 32 total filters, and onboard effects… how could you even stop to eat? Consider an amazing 16 separate TRS outputs (one per voice), PLUS the stereo main outs, PLUS two auxiliary outs, PLUS 3 audio filter inputs, PLUS 2 ordinary audio inputs (external signals can be routed through the A6’s filters and such) and you’ve got flexibility you’ve only previously imagined. This is THE analog synth for the 21st century, and the details listed here are only the edge of the known universe of capabilities in Andromeda. The only problem is they are extremely hard to get right now. We expect to get a few more this month, but most of those are already spoken for. Get your orders in now to be high on the list for (hopefully) March delivery.
