The REDD Microphone brings together all-analog design, historic circuits, and legendary sonics to offer a new voice for the studio. The REDD mic is a large-diaphragm condenser that includes an integrated REDD.47 vintage tube mic amplifier circuit — you can use it with or without an external mic preamp! The REDD mic can output at line level and features a Drive setting that can add juicy harmonic goodness to the signal.
The six-micron platinum-membrane capsule pairs with the amazingly punchy and aggressive REDD.47 to provide a microphone that can deliver everything from pristine clean to rich saturation.
