Q: I want to load some of my full-bandwidth, high-resolution audio files into iTunes so I can use them as references when mixing. Is there a difference between using WAV and AIFF files?
A: From a sound quality standpoint, no. The difference is that AIFF files support metadata, album cover graphics, etc., in iTunes, whereas WAV files do not.
